Nathan Bogart to Present at AILA’s Mid-South Chapter Annual Meeting
Fayetteville, AR – October 12, 2018 – Nathan Bogart has been invited to present at the annual conference of the Mid-South Chapter of the American Immigration Lawyers Association to be held from November 2nd through November 3rd at the Ace Hotel in New Orleans. Nathan will be part of a panel, “Affidavits of Support, Public Benefits, and Public Charge Issues,” designed to give a basic primer on Form I-864, the affidavit of support, including best practices and pitfalls; trends in consular processing denials for public charge grounds; and what can be expected in the coming years regarding public benefits and policy changes. The panel starts at 10:45 a.m. on November 2nd.
