Two New Attorneys Join Bogart Immigration
A day of big news. Two new attorneys are joining the firm!
Zoe Naylor joins the firm as of today. Zoe will be focusing her practice on business and investment immigration matters, including applications for permanent residency; H-1Bs, L-1, TN, R, O & P visas; E-1/E-2 investor visas; I-9 compliance; and other entrepreneur-related matters, including business formation and transactions.
Zoe brings years of experience in immigration matters and community service. Last month, she finished a term as the president of the Washington County Bar Association. Zoe also teaches in the University of Arkansas’s Political Science Department and serves on the Board of the Rotary Club of Fayetteville.
Zoe’s addition makes us one of the few full-service immigration law firms in the state of Arkansas, capable of providing representation in litigation, family, humanitarian, employment and investment immigration matters. We couldn’t be more excited!
We couldn’t be more excited to also announce that Charlcee Small has joined our office as a criminal defense attorney. Charlcee brings years of experience in criminal proceedings, working both sides. Prior to providing criminal defense, Charlcee worked at the U.S. Attorney’s Office in Fort Smith and, later, as a deputy prosecutor with the Benton County Prosecutor’s Office.
We strongly believe Charlcee’s addition will allow us to provide more comprehensive representation for our clients, particularly those who come into the immigration system through law enforcement, while also expanding the services we offer and our overall litigation abilities.
Charlcee will represent clients in all areas of criminal defense, including felonies and misdemeanors, as well traffic offenses and post-conviction relief. We’re looking forward to 2019!
