Adam Rose

 

Adam Rose is the firm’s criminal defense practice specialist and personal injury attorney. Adam has substantial jury trial experience in criminal defense, representing clients who have been accused of serious felonies, misdemeanors, and traffic offenses. He also has represented hundreds of clients in car accidents, slip and falls, and breaches of contract to receive over $1,000,000 in damages.

Adam began his career as a deputy prosecutor in Texas then moved back to Arkansas in 2021 to primarily focus on trial work for criminal defense and personal injury. He has tried over 300 cases involving both criminal and civil matters ranging from 1st degree murder to DWI’s. Since transitioning to private practice, Adam has tried several cases in district, circuit and federal courts, including defending his clients in jury trials in both state and federal court.

Prior to attending law school, Adam attended the University of Arkansas, graduating in 2015 with a Bachelor of Arts in Criminal Justice and Sociology. He then went on to get his Master’s Degree in Criminology from the University of Arkansas graduating in May of 2017. In May 2020, Adam received his Juris Doctor from the Bowen School of Law. While in law school, he was the captain of the national trial team, published in the law school journal, worked as an extern for a Federal Magistrate Judge, and worked for the U.S. Attorney’s office helping in a variety of complex criminal and civil cases.

Adam is licensed to practice law in both Arkansas and Texas. He is also admitted to practice in the Eastern and Western Districts of Arkansas U.S. District Courts. He is an active member of the Washington County, Benton County, Sebastian County, and Crawford County Bar Associations. Adam has been cited and interviewed on numerous television appearances and newspapers as a Criminal Defense expert.

Originally from Plano, Texas Adam moved back to Fayetteville in 2021 to pursue private practice. In his free time, he enjoys spending time with his dog, Nora, traveling, playing hockey and entertaining friends and family.
