Immigration remains one of the most “hot button” of all political issues and has since the country’s founding. Despite strong opinions on all sides, few have a deep knowledge of how immigration law and policy work in the real world or how they have worked historically.

To help bridge the gap, the legal professionals at Bogart, Small + Associates regularly participate in outreach, seminars, and presentations designed to help immigrants, attorneys and members of the community understand the immigration system and how it applies to them.

While many of these activities involve know your rights seminars and information sessions for immigrants and their families, they also include continuing legal education presentations to bar associations, as well as informational sessions to classes, churches, non-profit organizations and other community organizations.

Nathan Bogart is frequently invited to present on immigration law and law firm management by local, state, and national organizations on topics including removal proceedings, family-based immigration, and law firm marketing.

The firm also sponsors a weekly radio program, “Preguntas con el Abogado,” in conjunction with La Zeta 95.7, that airs throughout La Zeta’s coverage area, including Northwest Arkansas and portions of Southwest Missouri and Eastern Oklahoma. The program has been on the air since November 2015.
